Indoor Atmospheric
These photographs capture a specific atmosphere that light can create when used in a certain way. The purple and golden hues produce an intriguing and warm atmosphere, a feeling of safety but not necessarily comfort.
Outdoor Artificial
Photographs of buildings illuminated by artificial light during nighttime. Two are purposeful; so that the building is seen from the outside, even in the distance. One is almost a contradiction as it is naturally (as in the process of it is natural) lit up by unnatural light (light from electricity rather than sun/fire).
Neon Glow
These collection of photographs appear to be taken at the same time or place, with the same light source - but they aren't. By using bright coloured lights, a very similar aesthetic can be made. This piece really highlights the impact light can have as these photographs wouldn't be cohesive if it wasn't for the coloured led light.
Dark Light
Certain colour lights don't disperse and illuminate as well as others. Blue and red are 'dark lights'.
